2. What this website does not do

This website has no forms, does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, does not create user profiles and does not use cookies for visitors. Its fonts and images are served from the website itself, so visiting it does not send your data to third-party services such as Google.

3. Data we process, why, and for how long

If you write to us by email. We process your name, email address and the content of your message in order to reply to you. The legal basis is your request and our legitimate interest in answering it (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We keep this correspondence for as long as necessary to deal with it and, afterwards, only for the periods required by law or to handle possible claims.

Technical data of your visit. Like any website, the servers that deliver it automatically record technical information such as your IP address, browser and the date and time of the request. It is used only to deliver the website and keep it secure, on the basis of our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), and is kept for a short period by the hosting provider.

Authorised users of the content editor. For the persons authorised by Sakata Capital to edit this website, we process their email address and an encrypted version of their password in order to give them access. The legal basis is the relationship with Sakata Capital under which access is granted and our legitimate interest in keeping the editor secure. The data is kept while the access remains active.

4. Recipients and international transfers

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for their own purposes. It may be accessed by service providers acting on our behalf as data processors, under the corresponding agreements: the provider that hosts the website (Vercel Inc.) and, for the content editor only, the provider of its user database (Supabase Inc.).

These providers may process data in the United States. Such transfers are covered by the adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified under it, or by the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

We will also disclose data to public authorities when required by law.

5. Your rights

You may request access to your personal data, its rectification or erasure, the restriction of its processing, object to it, and request its portability, by writing to info@sakata.capital and indicating the right you wish to exercise. We may ask you to prove your identity.

If you consider that your data has not been processed correctly, you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the website or in applicable law. The date of the latest version is shown at the top of this page.
